PRESS RELEASE Halmstad 3 June 2010
Arise Windpower AB (publ) has reduced the holding of its own shares with 12 000 shares. The sale of the shares has been made at a rate of SEK 50 per share and has made up a part of the payment in connection with the forming of new lease agreements.
After the sale the total number of own shares is 925 500, and the total number of outstanding shares in Arise Windpower AB (publ) is 31 561 070, the same amount as the number of registered shares. The sold shares have not been acquired by authorization of the Annual General Meeting to buy back shares, but have been acquired through a merger with a subsidiary and a former transfer of shares.
