Bankamızın Bahreyn Şubesi nezdindeki faaliyetlerinin tasfiye yoluyla sonlandırılmasına ilişkin Bahreyn Merkez Bankası'na başvuru yapılmıştır. Tasfiye işlemlerinin tamamlanmasının ve Bahreyn Merkez Bankası'nın onayının ardından Bankamızın Bahreyn'deki faaliyetleri sona erecektir.

An application has been submitted to the Central Bank of Bahrain regarding the termination of our Bank's activities at its Bahrain Branch, through liquidation. Following the completion of the liquidation process and the approval of the Central Bank of Bahrain, our banking operations in Bahrain will be ceased.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
