RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of advanced RF solutions for the space, aerospace and defence, and telecoms infrastructure markets ,  announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
