Pursuant to Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Inc., ING-GRAD Jsc (hereinafter: the Company) hereby notifies that a meeting of the Management Board was held on October 29, 2025, and a meeting of the Supervisory Board on October 30, 2025, at which the unaudited unconsolidated financial statements of the Company for the third quarter of 2025 were reviewed and adopted.
