Report Content Settlement of the issue of series S bonds
In relation to the following reports: no. 36/2025 of September 29, 2025,and no. 40/2025 of October 15, 2025, the Management Board of Alior BankS.A. ("Bank") informs that on October 30, 2025, the issue of series Sbonds with ISIN no. PLALIOR00367 ("Bonds") issued by the Bank wassettled.All the Bonds totaling PLN 450.000.000 (in words: fourhundred fifty million) were taken up by the investors on the termsspecified in current report no. 40/2025 of October 15, 2025.
