The following is a Company Announcement issued by BMIT Technologies p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as amended from time to time.

Completion of Acquisition

The Company makes reference to the announcement issued on the 10 July 2025 whereby it informed the market that it had entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Emirates International Telecommunications (Malta) Limited (C 38658) for the purchase and acquisition of forty-nine million six hundred and forty-two thousand one hundred and thirty-nine (49,642,139) ordinary shares (the "Shares") in the issued share capital of Malta Properties Company p.l.c. ("MPC") (C 51272) (the "Proposed Acquisition"). The Proposed Acquisition was conditional on the fulfilment of a number of conditions precedent.

The Company announces that the conditions precedent have been satisfied and that the Shares, representing 49% of the issued share capital of MPC, have on the date hereof been transferred to, and acquired by the Company.
