The following is a Company Announcement issued by Malta Properties Company p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Notification of Major Holdings

Reference is made to Company Announcement MPC 072025 of the 11 July 2025 whereby the Company announced that Emirates International Telecommunications (Malta) Limited, a private company registered under the laws of Malta with registration number C38658 ("EITML") had entered into a share purchase agreement (the "SPA") with BMIT Technologies p.l.c., a public company registered under the laws of Malta with registration number C48299 ("BMIT") for the sale and transfer to BMIT of 49,642,139 fully paid up ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.32 per share in the issued share capital of the Company (the "Shares").

The transfer of the Shares between EITML and BMIT took place earlier on today, resulting in BMIT acquiring the Shares, which represent 49% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In relation therewith, the Company announces the receipt of a notification of major holdings from EITML. By virtue of this notification, the Company was informed that on the 30 October 2025, the proportion of ordinary shares and corresponding voting rights held by EITML in the Company was reduced to 11%.

The Company further announces the receipt of a notification of major holdings from BMIT. Pursuant to this notification, the Company was informed that on the 30 October 2025, the proportion of ordinary shares and corresponding voting rights held by BMIT in the Company was increased to 49%.
