Amendment of the 2025 Financial Calendar

The company under the name "Organization of Football Prognostics S.A." (the "Company"), in the context of proper and timely information of the investing public and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4.1.1(2) and 4.1.1(6) of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Article 2 of Decision 25 of the Athens Stock Exchange, announces that the Financial Calendar for the year 2025 is amended as follows regarding the publication date of the Balance Sheet and the Nine-Month 2025 Results:

• Thursday, 30.10.2025 Announcement of 9M 2025 Balance Sheet, after trading session closing
• Tuesday, 25.11.2025 9M 2025 Financial Results Announcement, after trading session closing
• Wednesday, 26.11.2025 at 16:00 (GR Time) Conference Call for Q3/9M 2025 Financial Results

It is noted that the announcement of the 9M 2025 Balance Sheet takes place simultaneously and exclusively due to its disclosure on 30.10.2025 in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) in fulfillment of the obligation of the Company's Board of Directors, pursuant to Article 139i paragraph 4 of Law 4601/2019, within the framework of the intended cross-border conversion of the Company, to prepare a statement accurately reflecting the Company's financial position at a time not exceeding one (1) month from the date of the statement's disclosure, i.e., with a reference date of 30.9.2025.

The Company clarifies that the Balance Sheet and Financial Results will be announced on the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the OPAP S.A. website (www.investors.opap.gr).

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, following relevant notification to the investing public.

This announcement is published by the Company in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
