Pets at Home Group Plc, the UK's leading pet care business, announces that Roger Burnley CBE, a Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee and Sustainability Committee has been appointed to the Board of Marks and Spencer Group Plc ('M&S') as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 December 2025. Roger will be joining the M&S Nomination and Audit & Risk Committees.
