Lamor’s financial calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2026

In 2026, Lamor will publish financial reports as follows:

• Financial statements release for the year 2025 on 26 February 2026
• Interim report January−March 2025: on 30 April 2026
• Half-year report January−June 2025 on 28 July 2026
• Interim report January−September 2025 on 29 October 2026

The Annual Report 2025 (including the company overview, Board of Directors’ Report and the Financial statements, the Corporate Governance statement, the Remuneration report) is will be published on Lamor’s website on 30 March 2026, the latest.

The Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held on 20 April 2026. The meeting will be convened later by Lamor’s Board of Directors.
