Finnair's financial calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2026

Finnair Plc will publish its Financial Statements Release for 2025 on Wednesday
11 February 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EET. The Annual Report and the Financial
Statements for 2025 will be published on 3 March 2026 at the latest.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 24 March
2026 at 3:00 p.m. EET in Vantaa. An official invitation to the meeting will be
published later.

The full financial calendar for 2026 is as follows:

· Financial Statements Release for 2025 on Wednesday 11 February 2026
· Interim Report for January-March 2026 on Wednesday 22 April 2026
· Half-year Report for January-June 2026 on Wednesday 22 July 2026
· Interim Report for January-September 2026 on Tuesday 27 October 2026

Finnair's financial reviews are prepared in Finnish and English, and they will
be published at 9:00 a.m. Finnish time.
