NCC to build offices for Klövern in Kista for SEK 517 million

NCC Construction Sweden has been commissioned by the property company Klövern AB to build new office premises in Kista, located west of Stockholm. The project commenced in June 2010 and is scheduled for completion in March 2012. The order is valued at approximately SEK 517 million.

The assignment includes the construction of a new ten-story office block with a garage facility located on two levels underground. The new building will comprise approximately 27,300 square meters. The assignment also involves the conversion of an existing warehouse into an office facility measuring about 9,000 square meters.

The office block, which will be constructed in the Isafjord 1 property on Torshamnsgatan in Kista, is scheduled for completion in spring 2012.

Low energy consumption will be a top priority, and the building is designed to be cost and energy efficient.

Klövern AB will own the property and has signed a lease with a tenant for the entire property.

The order will be registered in the second quarter of 2010.
