2026 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Milan, October 29th, 2025 – Amplifon S.p.A. (EXM; Bloomberg ticker: AMP:IM), global leader in hearing solutions and services, hereby communicates the calendar of corporate events for 2026.

Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Consolidated Financial Statements and the draft of Amplifon S.p.A.'s Financial Statements at December 31st, 2025, as well as the proposed allocation of 2025 Net Result and the Sustainability Statement 2025

Shareholders' General Meeting (Single Call) to approve Amplifon S.p.A.'s Financial Statements at December 31st, 2025 and the allocation of 2025 Net Result

Tuesday May 5th, 2026

Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report at March 31st, 2026

Thursday July 30th, 2026

Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at June 30th, 2026

Thursday October 29th, 2026

Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report at September 30th, 2026

On the occasion of the publication of the annual results for the year 2025, as well as the half-year and interim results for 2026, the Company will organize, in the afternoon, ad-hoc conference calls with the financial community.

In accordance with the provisions of the Italian Stock Exchange, Amplifon S.p.A. also communicates that the calendar month scheduled for the payment of any 2025 financial year dividend is May 2026. This communication is being made solely for the purpose of complying with the above requirements and has no forecasting significance as to the existence of the conditions for the dividend distribution.

Any changes occurring to the aforementioned dates will be promptly communicated to the market.
