Record and payment dates for Finnair's second return of capital instalment

The Board of Directors of Finnair Plc has today, in accordance with the
resolution of the Annual General Meeting held on 27 March 2025, decided that the
second return of capital instalment of 0.05 euros per share shall be distributed
to shareholders.

The return of capital shall be paid to a shareholder who is registered in the
company's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the record
date of 31 October 2025.

The payment date for the return of capital is 7 November 2025.
