Notification of major holdings (Law 3556/2007)

29 October 2025 – SAND GROVE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLP informed the Company in writing on 27 October 2025 that, because of a triggering transaction on 23 October 2025 it holds 5.037% of the voting rights of the Company through financial instruments (Equity CFD with cash settlement).

The chains of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held, starting with the ultimate controlling entity, is as follows:

• Sand Grove (Cayman) LP,
• Sand Grove Capital Intermediate Ltd
• Sand Grove Capital management LLP

Sand Grove Capital Management LLP acts as investment manager/advisor for Sand Grove Opportunities Master Fund Ltd, the Prelude Structured Alternatives Master Fund LP, the QSMA Torus SP and Amundi Sand Grove Event Driven Fund.
