PRESS RELEASE

Edil San Felice secures a contract worth over 5 million euros from ASPI for routine maintenance work

A four-year framework agreement has been signed

Orders for 2025 exceed 78 million euros

Naples, 29 October 2025. Edil San Felice S.p.A. Società Benefit ("the Company" or "Edil San Felice") – a leading integrated operator in Italy's critical-infrastructure maintenance and refurbishment sector, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market – has been awarded, following a public tender procedure, a new contract from Autostrade per l'Italia worth a total of €5,760,000.00, including €576,000.00 for safety costs, for routine maintenance works on the section under the responsibility of the Cassino Branch Directorate.

The four-year Framework Agreement covers the execution of upgrading and reinforcement works on fencing networks along the motorway sections managed by Autostrade per l'Italia.

Edil San Felice's intervention will aim to improve the safety and efficiency of motorway infrastructure through measures designed to prevent wildlife from accessing the roadway and to protect the surrounding areas.

The works include upgrading and strengthening the fencing networks by replacing or reinforcing existing structures, using next-generation materials and technologies in line with the most advanced safety and sustainability standards.

A specific HSE Bonus (Health, Safety & Environment) is also envisaged, to be awarded to the contractor upon achieving specific safety and environmental protection objectives.

Lorenzo di Palma, CEO of Edil San Felice, commented: "With this new framework agreement, we continue along a path that has been clearly established for some time, working alongside Autostrade per l'Italia as a reliable partner for maintenance activities aimed at strengthening infrastructure safety levels. For Edil San Felice, this contract forms part of a record year in terms of orders acquired, with the half-year closing showing a 67% increase in backlog. This figure has been significantly supported by the more than €78 million in contracts secured in 2025 alone, which provide us with strong revenue visibility and confirm the solidity of our operating model, founded on zero subcontracting and on sustainable, long-term growth."
