An agreement has been reached between Morten Rønning, Divisional President of Mobile Division, and Securitas, that Morten Rønning will leave Securitas as of July 8, 2010.

Securitas President and CEO Alf Göransson will manage the Mobile Division until a new Divisional President has been appointed.
