The Company announces that it has received notification that on 24 October 2025 Mr Simon Townsend, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chair of the Company, purchased 1,650 B Ordinary Shares ("B Shares") in the Company at a price of £18.05 per share.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Townsend holds 1,650 B Shares in the Company which, together with his existing holding of 123 A Ordinary Shares, represent 0.172% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The Company further announces that it has received notification that on 28 October 2025 Mr Andrew Driscoll, Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 500 A Ordinary Shares ("A Shares") in the Company at a price of £10.00 per share.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Driscoll holds 500 A Shares in the Company, representing 0.049% of the total voting rights of the Company.
