Notification regarding Humanas holding of its own shares

On July 21, 2025, Humana AB announced that the board of directors had resolved to repurchase no more than 1,500,000 own shares based on the authorisation from the annual general meeting 2025. The company already holds 1,985,273 own shares.

After having carried out repurchases of own shares, the company has as of October 28, 2025, a total holding of 2,611,036 own shares, which corresponds to 5 percent of the total number of registered shares and votes. The total number of shares in the company amounts to 51,826,058 as of this day.
