Grup şirketimiz TT Varlık Kiralama A.Ş.tarafından ihraç edilen nominal değeri 600 milyon ABD Doları, vadesi 5 yıl, itfa tarihi 30 Ekim 2030, kupon oranı %6,50, satış fiyatı 100 birim olan Kira Sertifikası-Sukuk'un yurtdışında yerleşik nitelikli yatırımcılara satışı 28.10.2025 tarihinde tamamlanmış olup söz konusu tahvil İrlanda Borsası'na (Euronext Dublin/Global Exchange Market) kote edilmiştir. Kira sertifikası satışına ilişkin tutarlar Şirketimiz hesaplarına aktarılmıştır.

Kira Sertifikası-Sukuk'a ilişkin tertip ihraç onayı Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'ndan bugün alınmıştır.

The sale process of the Lease Certificates-Sukuk of our group company TT Varlık Kiralama A.Ş., with nominal amount of USD 600 million, 5 year maturity, the redemption date of 30 October 2030, re-offer price of 100 and coupon rate of 6.50% to qualified investors abroad has been completed on 28.10.2025. The Notes are listed on the Euronext Dublin (Global Exchange Market). The proceeds have been transferred to our Company's accounts.

The tranche issuance approval for the Lease Certificates-Sukuk, has been obtained from the Capital Markets Board today.
