The company is honored to announce that on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 12:30 PM, a conference call will be held via Zoom with the participation of the company's management to review the report for the third quarter and the first nine months of 2025. The report for the third quarter and the first nine months of 2025 is expected to be published on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, in the morning hours, prior to the conference call, and will be available for viewing on the distribution website of the Israel Securities Authority: www.magna.isa.gov.il and on the website of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: maya.tase.co.il.

Starting on Sunday, November 16, 2025, a recording of the conference call will be available on the company's website at: www.turpaz.co.il

It is clarified that the Zoom conference call does not replace the need to review the company's reports, including the periodic report for 2024 which was published on March 18, 2025 (Reference: 2025-01-017724), the first quarter report of 2025 published on May 21, 2025 (Reference: 2025-01-035425), and the second quarter report of 2025, published on August 10, 2025 (Reference: 2025-01- 061350), as well as immediate reports and presentations published by the company from time to time, which contain the full information, including forward-looking information included therein pursuant to Section 32A of the Securities Law, 1968.
