Correction to Directorate Change announcement

Further to the announcement that was made on 23 October 2025 about the appointment of Martin Adams as a director of the Company, it was incorrectly stated that he was currently a non-executive director of Vietnam Phoenix Fund Limited as he had resigned from that role in November 2022. Whilst it was correctly disclosed in the disclosures for AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules at the bottom the announcement, it was misstated in the body of the announcements text. All other details remain correct.
