Fabege lets premises in Kungsholmen to the National Agency for Education

The National Agency for Education has signed a six-year lease concerning the letting of approximately 9,000 sqm of office space in the property Klamparen 10, formerly Tingsrätten (the City Court), at Fleminggatan 14/Scheelegatan 36, Kungsholmen. The National Agency for Education will gain access to the premises in October 2011. NIRAS AB was the National Agency for Education's advisor during the leasing process.

The property will undergo a complete interior refurbishment, including a new floor plan, new surface covering and new technical installations.
