Report Content The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company"), in consequence of the performance of theprovisions of the bridge loan agreement in the amount of EUR 55,000,about which the Company informed in ESPI report No. 14/2025 dated 7August 2025, hereby announces that today it has fully repaid this loan.

The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A. reminds that the loan wasgranted for a period of three months, but no longer than until thereceipt of proceeds from the issue of series K shares, and its purposewas to support the Company's investment process, including thedevelopment of a new business segment, namely the crypto-asset vault.
