Scribona completes the acquisition of Catella AB Johan Ericsson takes over as new CEO

Scribona announced 26th of May, 2010, its agreement to acquire Catella AB. The Swedish financial authorities gave their approval to the acquisition on August 31 2010. Scribona completes the acquisition of Catella AB on September 13, 2010. The total cash amount, including redemption of Catella's debts, amounts to mSEK 417 excluding interest and transaction costs. The acquisition was financed by mSEK 123 in cash and the remaining part of external financing amounting to mSEK 294.

Johan Ericsson takes over as CEO of the new group by 14th of September, where Scribona AB (publ) is the parent company. Ando Wikstrom and Lennart Schuss from Catella, enters the management of Scribona as CFO and deputy CEO. John Ericsson was most recently CEO of Catella Financial Advisory and is a founding member of Catella's property consultancy which was founded in the early 1990s.
