Result of General Meeting

Distil plc (AIM:DIS), owner of premium drinks brands RedLeg Spiced Rum, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, TRØVE Botanical Vodka and Blavod Black Vodka, announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly approved by Shareholders:

Resolution 3:  To authorise the Directors to determine the fees payable to the auditor	690,985,315	99.95%	338,793	0.05%
