Pursuant to Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb (hereinafter: the Bank), announces the meeting of the Management Board of the Bank and the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Bank to be held on October 30, 2025.

The Management Board and Supervisory Board will discuss unaudited financial statements for the period from January 1 to September 30, 2025.
