Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the "Company") announces that on 24.10.2025 it purchased 18,000 own shares for a total amount of €43,293.55 at an average €2.4052 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 230,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.16% of its total shares outstanding.
