Tahsisli sermaye artırımı işlemleri kapsamında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na (SPK) yaptığımız başvuruya ilişkin olarak ihraç belgesi SPK'nın 16.10.2025 tarih ve 55/1878 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmıştır. SPK onaylı ihraç belgesi ekte paylaşılmakta olup, belirlenen pay satış fiyatı 76,95 TL ve ihraç edilecek payların toplam nominal değeri 10.396.361,27 TL'dir.

Onaylı ihraç belgesi kapsamında toptan alış satış işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesini teminen Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'ye başvuru yapılacaktır.
