Board Changes

Gowin announces that Mr Chen Chih-Lung, CEO of the Company, has temporarily stepped down from his role as CEO in order to focus on matters relating to the actions of a tenant of a commercial property that he owns in his personal capacity.

Mr Chien Chih-Peng, a director of the Company has been appointed as Interim CEO during this period and Mr Chen Chih-Lung remains a director of the Company.

The directors wish to make clear that this matter does not relate in any way to the Company.  Further updates will be provided in due course.
