Sale of standalone building at 67 Aiolou Street

BriQ Properties REIC (the "Company") announces that today completed the sale of a sevenstory office building located at 67 Aiolou Street, in the historic center of Athens, with a total surface area of 3.022,24 sq.m., for a consideration of €9,5 million.

The Company's CEO, Ms. Anna Apostolidou, stated: "We continue the restructuring of our portfolio by proceeding with sales that deliver significant capital gains to our shareholders, while at the same time investing in sectors that offer high returns through new property developments."
