Publication of Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM")

The Company announces that it has today posted to all shareholders, a Notice convening the AGM of the Company to be held at the Offices of FIM Capital Limited, 55 Athol St, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1LA, on Thursday, 13 November 2025 at 10am, for the purposes of seeking shareholder approval for the business to be considered at the AGM, and to pass the resolutions set out in the Notice (the "Notice").

The Company further advises that it has also made available on its website the Notice along with the Form of proxy.
