Number of shares and votes in Elanders AB (publ)

The number of shares and votes in Elanders has changed as a consequence of the recently completed rights issue with pre-emptive rights for the shareholders.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 19,529,998 shares in the company, whereof 1,166,666 class A shares and 18,363,332 class B shares. The shares entitle to a total of 30,029,992 votes.
