Immediate Report � Receipt of Order from Existing Customer The Company is pleased to announce that on October 22, 2025, a subsidiary under its control (the "Subsidiary�) completed the commercial and technical conditions enabling it to realize its winning of a tender conducted by a major existing customer in the United States for the supply of computing systems for a new generation of its products. Following the aforementioned win, the Subsidiary received a binding order for the supply of an initial quantity of computing systems for which the Company will perform integration activities and customizations to meet the customer�s needs (hereinafter: the "Product Line�) in the scope of approximately $11 million. In the Company�s assessment, supplies for the Product Line are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and continue for a period of approximately 3 to 5 years during which, in the Company�s estimation, it expects to receive follow-up orders in estimated scopes of tens of millions of dollars per year throughout the aforementioned period. Upon execution of the supplies, revenues will be reflected within the reporting framework of the Group�s US segment. In the Group�s assessment, winning this project demonstrates strengthened recognition in the American market of the Company�s capabilities for executing complex technological projects on a large scale, and establishes its position as a leading supplier in the field.
