Bankamız Yönetim Kurulu'nun 22 Ekim 2025 tarihli toplantısında, I. Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Sayın Nevzat Burak Seyrek'in Grubumuz bünyesinde üstleneceği görev ve sorumluluklar nedeniyle Bankamızdaki görevinden ayrılmasına karar verilmiştir.

Within the framework of the resolution made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Board of Directors at the meeting dated 22 October 2025, it has been decided that Senior Deputy Chief Executive Mr. Nevzat Burak Seyrek will leave his position due to the new roles and responsibilities he will assume within our Group.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
