Man Group plc (the "Company"), announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents as part of its US$100 million share buyback programme announced on 28 February 2025.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 76,198,808 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,153,162,421 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). (Note: This figure takes into account the transfer from treasury of 2,803 ordinary shares on 21 October 2025 in order to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme).

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 39,309,098 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 181.20 pence per share.
