With this disclosure in CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, UBS Group AG notifies the market about an isolated underreporting issue which led to below mentioned disclosures not being submitted during the period from September 2024 to October 2024. The situation was caused by an erroneous trade booking involving an equity option, which was incorrectly recorded with CPI Europe AG (formerly Immofinanz AG) as the underlying issuer. The missing equity option position accounted for 1.60% of the voting rights in CA Immobilien Anlagen AG. Due to this oversight, UBS Group AG failed to report the following disclosures:
