Şirketimiz ile Ral Yatırım Holding arasında; teknoloji, yazılım, siber güvenlik, yapay zekâ, veri analitiği, dijital dönüşüm ve benzeri ileri teknoloji alanlarında ortak çalışma imkanlarının değerlendirilmesine yönelik olarak bir İyi Niyet Protokolü imzalanmıştır.

Söz konusu iş birliği kapsamında, taraflar arasında sinerji yaratabilecek alanlarda ortak projeler geliştirilmesi, yeni teknolojik ürün ve hizmetlerin hayata geçirilmesi, Ar-Ge ve inovasyon faaliyetlerinin desteklenmesi hedeflenmektedir.

Konuyla ilgili önemli gelişme olması halinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-15.1 Özel Durumlar Tebliği'ne göre gerekli açıklamalar yapılacaktır.

Tasarruf sahiplerinin ve kamuoyunun bilgisine saygı ile duyurulur.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between our Company and Ral Yatırım Holding to evaluate potential cooperation opportunities in the fields of technology, software, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, and other advanced technologies.

Within the scope of this cooperation, the parties aim to develop joint projects in areas that may create synergy, implement new technological products and services, and support R&D and innovation activities.

In case of any material development regarding this matter, necessary disclosures will be made in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Material Event Disclosures (II-15.1).
