MARCO GIORDANI APPOINTED AS CEO OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF PROSIEBENSAT

MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. ("MFE" or the "Company") announces that Marco Giordani will continue, also following his appointment as chief executive officer of the Executive Board of PROSIEBENSAT.1 MEDIA SE ("ProSiebenSat"), occurred today as disclosed to the market by ProSiebenSat (P7 Press Release), to serve in the roles held in MFE.

Without prejudice to the above, to safeguard the independence and the pursuit of the interests of both MFE and ProSiebenSat and their respective shareholders, any necessary adjustments to the Company's governance will be evaluated in order to ensure the adequacy of the organizational structure and the business continuity.
