Convening of 2025 Third Quarter Results Presentation

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") will convene the 2025 third quarter results presentation from 18:00 to 19:00 on 30 October 2025 (Beijing time, same below) in order to help investors obtain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Company's 2025 third quarter results and operating position and communicate with investors in relation to their questions. Mr. FU Fan (Chairman) and relevant senior management of the Company will be present at the results presentation. Investors may access the results presentation and put forward questions via https://webcast.roadshowchina.cn/kzG58N during 18:00 to 19:00 on 30 October 2025. The Company will answer the questions in a timely manner via the live streaming platform.

The full text of the Company's 2025 third quarter report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 30 October 2025 and be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.  A copy will also be available on 30 October 2025 on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/.

Investors may send relevant questions by email to [email protected] before 0:00 on 26 October 2025. Their questions will be answered by the Company at the results presentation.
