Naples, October 20, 2025 - Simone S.p.A. ("Simone" or the 'Company'), a publishing company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces its participation on October 20, 2025, in the sixth edition of the "Next Gems" Investor Conference, at Palazzo Mezzanotte, headquarters of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. in Milan.

The event, organized by Virgilio IR and T.W.I.N. in partnership with leading financial market operators, is dedicated to listed companies with a market capitalization of less than 100 million Euro and offers to excellent Italian companies the opportunity to meet national and international financial operators.

The following will participate in the meetings with investors: - Luca Misso, CEO of Simone S.p.A. - Anna Mulinaro, CFO of Simone S.p.A. During the sessions, the company's development strategies and economic and financial performance will be illustrated, with particular attention to the results achieved in the first half of 2024 and the company's future prospects.
