NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

AO World plc ("the Group" or "AO"), the UK's most trusted electricals retailer, expects to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 on the morning of Tuesday, 25 November 2025.

An in-person results presentation hosted by John Roberts, Founder & CEO and Mark Higgins, CFO & COO, will be held in London at 09.00am (GMT), followed immediately by a live Q&A session. A playback of the presentation will be available on AO World's investor website at www.ao-world.com in the afternoon on 25 November 2025.
