EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") announces that, on 17 October 2025, it purchased 64,922 of the Company's shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 144.00 pence per share.

The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company in treasury.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, following the transaction and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 27,901,489 Ordinary Shares. The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury following the transaction is 7,013,078 Ordinary Shares.
