CEO Temporary Leave of Absence

Oslo, 20 October 2025 - Panoro Energy ASA ("Panoro" or the "Company" with OSE

ticker "PEN") announces that John Hamilton, Group Chief Executive Officer, has

decided to take a leave of absence for personal family reasons, effective

immediately.

The Company has over the years built a very strong team who will provide

continuity in the delivery of the group's strategy during this period. Julien

Balkany will temporarily act as Executive Chairman and will work alongside Eric

d'Argentré (COO and President) who will assume additional corporate

responsibilities.

Julien Balkany, interim Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, commented:

speak for everyone at Panoro in expressing our full support and best wishes as

he temporarily steps away to rightly prioritise personal family matters."
