The fully diluted holding percentage is calculated under the assumption of the theoretical maximum exercise of all warrants for shares. It is emphasized that the calculation of the number of shares resulting from all warrants was made under the assumption that all options will be exercised at the company's share price set as the cap for the benefit value. The assumed number of shares is theoretical only, as according to the company's option plans, the shares will actually be allocated in a quantity that reflects only the monetary benefit value embedded in these options in the future.
