Indutrade acquires Dantherm Filtration Oy

Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Finnish company Dantherm Filtration Oy, with annual sales of approximately SEK 30 million.

Dantherm Filtration, which is part of the Nederman Group, specialises in air filtration and provides customised solutions and components to customers in the forestry, paper, metal and recycling industries, among others. The product range includes systems for wood chip separation, surface treatment, air filtration and ventilation.

Possession will take place today, when the company becomes part of the Engineering & Equipment business area, which had net sales of SEK 1,569 million in 2009.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
