Additional Information

The fully diluted holding rate in this report above was calculated under the theoretical assumption of the exercise of 410,444 non-tradable options granted to employees and senior officers of the group, under the company's option plan dated November 25, 2014 (as amended in February 2015), into 410,444 ordinary shares of the company, and the exercise of 16,556,068 non-tradable options granted to employees and senior officers of the group, under the company's option plan dated November 22, 2020, into 16,556,068 ordinary shares of the company. It is clarified that this assumption is theoretical only, as according to the terms of the plans and the said options, the exercise shares will be allocated in a quantity that reflects only the cash benefit value embedded in the options (cashless).
