Change in Director Responsibilities in FBD Holdings plc and FBD Insurance plc

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD") and FBD Insurance plc are pleased to announce the following changes in Director Responsibilities.

Ms Sylvia Cronin has been appointed as Chair of the Risk Committee of FBD Holdings plc and will step down as Chair of the Risk Committee of FBD Insurance plc. Ms Jean Sharp has been appointed as Chair of the Risk Committee of FBD Insurance plc. These changes are effective immediately.
