NOTICE

ALTEO Energiaszolgáltató Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (Registered office: 1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út 25., Incorporation No.: Cg.01-10-045985; hereinafter "ALTEO") complies with its obligation to disclose extraordinary information specified in Section 55 of Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets (hereinafter: Tpt), as well as Subsection 1.18. of Annex No. 4 of Government Decree No. 24/2008. (VIII. 15.) of the Ministry of Finance - validation of a large order contract awarded by the issuer -, and in connection with its consolidated company as follows:

ALTEO-Therm Hő- és Villamosenergia-termelő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: H-1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út 25.; company registration number: Cg. 01-09-373242; hereinafter: "ALTEO-Therm"), a company operating with the sole membership of ALTEO, and Sopron Holding Vagyonkezelő Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: H-9400 Sopron, Verő József u. 1.; company registration number: Cg. 08-10-001790; hereinafter: "Sopron Holding") have extended the district heat generation and supply agreement and the related supplementary agreements concluded between the parties on 30 August 2016, which were originally valid until 30 September 2025.

Pursuant to the newly signed agreements, and under the terms and conditions set forth therein, ALTEO-Therm will continue to supply district heat to Sopron Holding until 30 September 2031.
