Additional Explanations

At our Company's Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting dated October 16, 2025; it has been resolved to authorize the Board of Directors to decide on the distribution of Advance Dividend in the event of profitability during the 2025 accounting period as per Article 41 of our Company's Articles of Association titled Dividend and Advance Dividend Distribution and the Capital Markets Board's Dividend Communiqué dated January 23, 2014 and numbered II-19.1.

Based on this authority; the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved to distribute as advance dividend 100,000,000.00 TL (and to be paid entirely in cash to shareholders starting from 17 October 2025) from the remaining amount after deducting all the reserves required to be allocated according to the legislation and as per the Dividend Distribution Table based on statutory financial statements as well as audited and unconsolidated financial statements per Capital Markets Board regulations, dated 30.06.2025.
